Air Link offers very limited support for routers not issued by Air Link.  We cannot guarantee these routers will be compatible with our Central Office equipment.  When encountering technical difficulties with your  internet service in conjunction with a non-Air Link router, our technicians can make sure they can see a connection from the CPE (dish on the outside of the home) to the third party router but we can’t see anything more.  Air Link cannot provide technical support for assistance in setting up a non supported router and recommends in calling the routers manufacturer for further assistance.
